In November, the Winchester Canyon Gun Club and its members will celebrate Wild Game Meat Donation Month to encourage all hunters to donate extra venison or other game meat to help provide meals for those in need. Giving and sharing are always in season. Now is the perfect time to do your part by donating to organizations that distribute to the less fortunate in your area.

Go Hunting
Millions of hunters in the United States are able to harvest more than they can eat or share with friends and family.
Find A Drop Off Location
This program exists to connect hunters with organizations that will process, package and deliver protein to a food bank.
Feed Families In Need
After the meat has been processed and packaged, food banks distribute meals to families in need throughout the country.
What you need to know before you donate:
- Game must be legally harvested
- All game must be field dressed
- Each state has different rules and regulations for donations, please check with your local drop off location prior
